A Summer Pause: Thank You for a Year of Growth

As the summer holidays begin, we’re taking a moment to pause and say thank you.

This past year has been a season of real growth. Growth in trust. Growth in our team. And growth in the quieter, often unseen spaces where change takes root in school halls, in one-to-one conversations, in the work that rarely makes headlines but matters deeply.

Across North East Hampshire and beyond, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside young people through all kinds of settings: schools, community hubs, pupil referral units, and even the occasional Surrey drop-in. In every space, we’ve been reminded that what holds this work together isn’t just programmes or outcomes, it’s presence, patience, and purpose.

Our team has grown, too. New faces have joined the journey. But the heart remains the same. And every time a young person takes a small step forward, a change in behaviour, a flicker of trust, a quiet “thanks” from someone who hasn’t trusted in years, we’re reminded why we keep showing up.
